What are the odds?
Just received a text from a friend of mine returning from a holiday in Panama. He flew into Chicago and was driving home when he stopped at an oasis freeway restaurant just outside of Chicago. As he struck up a conversation with a stranger, the guy said he was a farmer from Wisconsin. My friend knows I am invested in A2 and has been following its progress. He asked the farmer if he knew about a2 protein and the difference between a1/a2. The farmer replied that not only has he heard of a2 but is in the process of converting his entire heard to a2. If this anecdotal chance encounter (extremely small random sample) is any indication of the implication of the future of the dairy industry, hold onto your hats, its just a matter of time.
