Personally I wouldn’t like to see A2 to be taken over. What I really admire A2 management is its brilliant strategic vision. I am amazed with the way it’s running business partnership. And I think it’s much valuable to shareholders than it being taken over. What I interpret is it’s partnership is regional specific.
Partnership with Synlait - targeting Chinese Infant Formular market
Partnership with Fonterra- targeting south east Asia, Middle East market and Chinese other dairy market
What I would like to see in future is
Partnership with Danone or Nestle - targeting Europe
Partnership with Dean foods or other American dairy giants - targeting America
A2 would utilize its first-mover advantage in this way and become global giant much sooner..
