Found anal ysis in Chinese on new ecommerce law bascially it says the law never ask for printed chinese label, a sticker with chinese info is enough
And it is focus on platform
Daigou will still be in business, no need to pay tax if you just do a small daigou thing, and no chinese sticker either,
There are too many misinterpretation on the new ecommerce law
Btw all daigou shops telling me that a2 is still the hottest daigou product to this day!
