Hey Beef! I wouldn't worry too much about regulation of DaiGou labelling, as it's very hard to regulate and police it. Short of having products checked at the Ports, most small DaiGou businesses will continue to send IF with English labels (Nothing wrong with sending a parcel to your friends!). Remember the State has a lot of very strict laws (Everyone in Zhong Guo is essentially a criminal, lol) but it's almost impossible to know which laws will actually be enforced and to what extent. It's a literal guessing game with The Party!
