The two brands, A2M and Hershey’s, do not synergise with each other at all unlike all the other examples you have mentioned. The two brands also appeal to completely different customer bases. Taking that into account, it is very likely that A2M is paying Hershey’s sizeable royalties to gain access to Hershey’s customers base. That is a very desperate move, especially when one considers that the fresh milk market in the US is very competitive and thus margin is razor thin.
