I expect whatever a2 negotiates will eventually result in a permanent allowance for distribution of formula in the US. As they say, beggars can’t be choosers. And unless there is some lenience in the permit, why would a2 bother for a blip in earnings.
i think the outcome here is great for a2 whichever way you see it.
