the key to the US IF market is that the FDA acknowledges it is a good thing to have a few selected imported brands so to minimise concentration of suppliers and alleviate any future shock. Hopefully, this leads them to extend the November 2022 date and fastrack permanent access to these foreign companies.
this would be a game changer for A2 as it has accumulated significant US tax losses which could be offset against these future IF earnings.
