Haha, yes as the commenter above suggests I think you've misunderstood my comment or I probably wasn't clear about the implication for A2M. This is obviously good for them and other foreign IF companies longer term i.e. after the current crisis is addressed.

I didn't realise the scope of the FDA's culpability in the crisis or that they themselves were now under investigation. They have been the 'gatekeepers' for the USA market but I could see their role being changed as a result of this. They rigidly scrutinised foreign IF companies for safety and quality to the point that it was impossible for them to get products through and yet somehow missed such a glaring safety issue even when they were directly alerted to it.
