I posted it on their forum last year. I can't remember exactly but I think it was similar.
They are not in any brick and mortar in China, and seem to be similar in terms of Tmall market position, so perhaps the 'surge' in demand they are seeing is in other less mainstream CBEC channels or in daigou.. Haven't read their announcement BTW so not sure if any more detail was given.
