Unfortunately this guy is harming a2 milk more than supporting it!
France has almost no Jersey cows and Ireland very few Ayrshire cows respectively! Jersey cows per se have not more A2 than Ayrshire cows! He mixed up the „French Paradox“ with Beta-Casein but it’s the Resveratrol in the wine making the difference!
It’s not Africa, it‘s India! In Africa‘s cattle there is still Bos Taurus blood with A1 Beta-Casein!
