Andy was very valuable to A2M in a previous phase of growth - an environment change writ large daigou limitations as a robust trade channel. I don't think A2M dismissed his influence out of hand, it sought his expertise exclusively and he declined. Both parties have made decisions and one looks to have moved on, whilst the other feels aggrieved. Maybe he should have taken that exclusivity when it was offered.....for me, I'm OK with the decision, and also agree that the devil could very well be in the marketing expenses. I might even be moderately keen to see this report vs the last few!
