Probably not China as they are in lockdown in many areas. Their quarantine is still very strict. I’m currently in Koh Samui, a restaurant owner told me they are waiting for the Chinese to return as they are the big spenders. Once the China borders open and the relentless quarantine restrictions eases off the people will be eager to travel again hopefully.
