Well the owners of Care A2 think they are worth $500M (despite making $365k in revenue and a $5M loss last year). They've advertised heavily in the Aus market and that is all they have achieved after 3 years. With management that bad I am guessing the books are much worse than disclosed. If I'd hope A2M steer well clear.
