FYI, it has come to my attention that this reporting was factually incorrect. Sloppy reporting.
It is actually Care A2 who has launched the legal proceedings against A2 Milk. I thought it was odd that A2M would bother with Care A2, turns out they didn't.
The case is particularly weak, given that near identical cases have been made previously, and all of them were either withdrawn, settled on favorable terms to A2M, or ultimately decided in A2M's favour.
I think Care A2's legal bill for this case is going to total up to more than their previous year's revenue...
