They (Care A2) want to cancel 50 'a2' trade marks ... why start small with just 5 or 10; nope 50 .... lol
A2M obviously have a war chest of cash so it seems silly for Care to tie up funds in litigation against them but hey stranger things have happened ... nobody has beaten A2M previously so again it seems like a waste of their resources ? I note that A2M have launched a counter suit on the same day
