Taking milk powder as an example, during this year’s Tmall Double 11, a2 went one step further, rising from No. 4 to No. 2 in the previous two major promotions; Rising, while some top foreign brands have faded out of the TOP10.
Not 100% sure about the meaning of '暗流涌动' or 'undercurrent' but some google suggests that it can refers to trends in consumer pricing - price increases perhaps.
