China is already looking into ways it can address the the declining population - one idea the government are looking into is to "subsidise assisted fertility procedures" ... something that is claimed to often be out of reach for many couples in China due to the costs associated with same.
I also agree with this comment by @werdplaya58 in relation to declining birth rates:
"less babies can also = a higher willingness of families to pay for premium products than would otherwise be the case"
I would also add that IMO if A2M continue to improve their footprint in China and/or market penetration through MBS stores, JD.com etc etc I can see them doing better than other Infant Formula producers in a declining birth rate scenario
