That's referring to the 'cut' of the settlement amount that the lawyers at Slater and Gordon and Shine will reap in the event of a settlement. Which may be of interest to anyone actually in the class action - seems to me like it leaves a higher amount actually going to shareholders than historically has been the case. I believe class actions legislation has been reworked in recent years to prevent these firms running away with the lion's share of settlement funds.
However the main reason I posted that excerpt was to advise people of the latest expected timeline for the class action. Still at least another year or two to go by the sounds of it.
