Good comment re MVM. A2 might find that MVM has the same troubles that SM1 has dealing with Chinese regulations and other problems - must send Synlait's contracts team haywire trying to manage that uncertainty.
Does the MVM acquisition mean something in regards to worries about their contract with Synlait? It certainly might be some future mitigation against Chinese regulatory issues.
