China and U.S.
There is so much untapped growth in the target ages between 15 and 64 years of age and then retirees aged 65 years and above.
There are nutrition companies focused on China who are targeting these demographics with a range of their own a2 products we haven’t even considered.
And then their are the easy ones.
Milk, baby formulas, and yogurt are the top three most consumed dairies by volume in China.
Revenue in the Chinese Cheese segment amounts to US$14.31bn in 2023 and their market is expected to grow annually by 9.20% (CAGR 2023-2027).
Cheese sales drive U.S. dairy consumption growth.
It wouldn’t be a long road back up if they got moving on some R and D and trying a little bit of innovation.
