Agree about doing better on the science front. I'd like to see them invest more there but also work with governments and the university sector to attract more independent research into A2 protein. Research just doesn't happen without a funding source and while A2 can fund research directly, it will routinely be dismissed by skeptics due to the company providing the funds. Maybe NZ government should step up and fund more.

Of course Nestle has approval, they are a $300B+ company. There is a massive gulf between the size and influence of the multinational players like Danone, Nestle, etc. and small-medium sized IF players like A2M. But A2M regularly outperforms the Nestle brands in 618 and 11/11 every year.

I read it is only like 1/4 of the companies with existing SAMR approvals that are expected to be re-approved under the new guidelines. Although A2M is very much dependent on re-approval, people should also not underestimate what a significant achievement that re-approval would be given the sheer volume of small and medium sized IF companies that will miss out and be completely shut out of the market.
