If it is to do with aspects of Synlait's business that are unrelated to A2M, then the negative impact should be minimal.
Until they announce whatever it is, the uncertainty will obviously be perceived negatively.
However, A2M is not responsible for Synlait and does not need to issue any announcement unless Synait's issues are related to A2M.
