And yes those instos are a different story as you are right they can make up narrative as have so much influence, hence the garbage they consisitently output going against company statements.. most of which is negative as benefit from driving stocks down.. Personally I'd like to see them all culled though short of that any insto move in market, any trade should be transparent, that way know who is responsible for the manipulation.
