Sharjah farming project will produce milk unlike any available throughout the world, said Sheikh Sultan Bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah.The cattle project that will be launched in Sharjah has no equivalent in the world.
Around 1,000 cows are expected to be used in the ground-breaking facility, which was announced previously.

Sheikh Sultan said that the emirate’s “cows project”, will include a breed of cow that has not been distributed anywhere else in the world.
Sharjah will be the first to receive the animals, which are of a new type of protein called A2A2, along with 18 features and a unique recipe not found in other cows, and next year products made using milk from the cows will hit the market.
Sheikh Sultan said: “This milk will not have any of its benefits reduced, unlike some milks that have their benefits taken for the production of other products.
