If the story is true, or if u want to know more, google what the FTC power base is and what they have done in the past
Not being negative, just pointing out here in the US, non US companies aren't exactly popular unless their bringing jobs.
my view is it's ill advised not to nip it in the bud before FTC investigations taking up valuable time and resources.
In most Federal investigation, companies cave because the govt has far more money and resources
Elon Musk just caved
All the banks caved
Anyway, just my view. Being investigated by a federal agency is different free press than pissing off the dairy industry
