The CCP started to boost the birth rate since late 2019 when it was 10.41%, the fist time in history that the number of new born baby was less than 10 million. But the birth rate of 2022 was only 6.77% with an estimate of 6-7 million new born in 2023. I think it will go negative again next year. High divorce rate is another factor we need to consider too. just my opinion...
