Just a quick follow up to what you said, I agree this particular media piece has A2M marketing stamp on it, obviously a concerted push coinciding with the new label launch etc.
However! I did also want to flag that the study author (Prof Xiaoyang) has previously published independent (i.e. not funded by A2M) and credible research looking into effects of A2 milk back in 2019.

The latest research doesn't sound like it is published in article form yet, but the earlier research received no funding from A2M. So it isn't a given that this latest research is actually funded by A2M either. It may be, but the researcher at least has a history of independently examining the topic, which seems to make it more credible.
