Haven't seen the full article but it looks like the lawyers will snap up 24% of any funds awarded in the class action.
Apparently that is a bit lower than some historical precedents, so might be good news if you're in the class action.
I still think it is difficult to prove what they are claiming, but an eventual settlement covered by insurance is still probably the likely option.
