A2M has publicly bought a fight with Synlait, I suspect any participation will be at a huge discount to the point that A2M and Bright hold 80+% of the business by the end of it.... If the regulator objects, they'll run a "white knight card". A2M can't win a fight with Bright, so I think they'll operate in concert, or A2M buys the debt, calls it and then does a deal with Bright.....
