SM1 would probably need to issue circa 200 million shares @ 75 cents if they CR the $150 million as suggested in the above article earlier this month ….. given there is currently 218 million SOI it will be interesting to see how many shares A2M would uptake or actually be offered as opposed to (say) Bright Dairy in such a CR transaction that would see shares on issue in SM1 double ?
The 31 March deadline is fast approaching ….. it would be good to see A2M walk away from this CR with a 51% shareholding in SM1 but I doubt Bright Dairy would let that happen without a fight although I (obviously) don’t know what their appetite is to prop up SM1 any further …. interesting times ahead in the next 6-8 weeks …. maybe this possible scenario is also helping to drive the share price of late - who knows ?
