Looks to me like the smaller 400g A2 tin is sold out on Amazon, or at least not currently available.
I went to A2's own USA store and added as many tins as I could to my cart.
It let me add 491 units of the 400g tin and 518 units of the 900g one. Not sure if this is a reflection of their remaining online inventory levels but it does say 'All 518 a2 Platinum® Premium Infant Formula - 31.7oz (900g) are in your cart.'
For reference, that is around US$30,000 worth remaining in total - not much in the scheme of things. Hopefully they are planning to add more inventory soon.
