Again it is becuase a2 still has growth and issues have been ironed out and now it is catching up to prices it should have been, with still a good way to go.. likely the instos have been supressing the price but they cant keep relying on their nonsesnse to do that now so are rearraning their approach.. sell now at such low prices would be stupid move when price still far too low
