Perpetual was a major holder at 6% and increased to a bit over 7% last year.
Goldman also increased from ~5% to 6% last year before decreasing back below 5% earlier this year.
It happens all the time but 5% is the threshold, every major increase past that needs to be declared, but below that is not a signficant enough holding and doesn't need to be declared.
