With the current financial situation at SM1 requiring attention in March, it makes you wonder if this is an 'opportunity' for A2M ?
Who is going to stump up this $120 + million in March if the sale process doesn't pan out over there - will A2M be allowed to increase their ~19.9% stake in SM1 and perhaps have a say in Liu's replacement ? I guess we will find out in the next 6-8 weeks
