this situation is not tenable as many have stated. Synlait effectively owning our licence to trade in China is in my view the anchor that holds us back. when we were flying - nobody cared. now we are all well awake of the risk. I doubt a CR will resolve this, and for A2M majority or outright ownership is in my view the only real solution.
