No the future deal must include the bankers and the wholesale investors who will take up the notes, get a nice little interest amount and convert in future years to shares once Sm1 has turned the corner, and yes they are willing to take the chance. Bright and A2m may get a say in approving it along with all shareholders but that is about it.
They wish for a little more than plant based but at this stage are still building up to what the full requirements are FY24 was always their aim.
Time will tell all.
