Xi'an: Starting from March 1, those who receive a marriage certificate will receive a scratch-off ticket
According to news from Xi'an, in order to further enhance the ceremony and sense of gain for newlyweds, starting from March 1, the Xi'an Civil Affairs Bureau will carry out the "Welfare Lottery and Blessings for a Good Marriage" activity. By then, every couple who receives a marriage certificate in Xi'an will You will receive a free welfare lottery scratch-off ticket with a face value of NT$10.
