Certainly a bit of activity going on over at Synlait lately .... all just prior to the Debt Prepayment of circa $130 million, which is due later this month - will this help or hinder any A2M involvement in the process remains to be seen ?
It would be good to increase our ownership in a transaction that reduces Synlait's debt but even with these 3 Independent Directors Bright Dairy will likely be the ultimate decision maker.
