Personally I reckon the likeliest outcome from here is capital raising that will be announced on 2 April alongside results.
I don't know why Bright Dairy would want to lend financial support without any additional stake in the company (which is not possible due to A2M's blocking stake). And after this $130M Synlait has a further $180M financial hurdle in December this year.
There could be range of outcomes from here. I think the likeliest ones are fairly neutral for A2M. The most beneficial would probably be if Bright were to sell out to A2M. But I doubt that's likely even at this point.
