You suggested that A2M and Bright should work together to pick off smaller holders and get to 75%
That wouldn't happen without either Bright relinquishing control to A2M or Bright taking a larger stake.
I agree they already essentially control the board, hence why it would make no sense for A2M to let them increase further. I can't think of any 'cooperative' scenario that would make any sense to A2M other than a) the status quo (which if we are being honest isn't really working) or b) A2M having a majority stake.
