Only if it still has that registration, change of ownership may alter that, the Chinese can be very fickle with some things. An entity with no manufacturing history could be one thing.
Are A2m playing with fire, I don;t know the history of ownership change and samr but I do know under the new guidelines many companies did not get registration.
