They clearly need to import millions from less well off places to offset loss... that wont cause any problems at all....... Ha though i do suppose at least there might be less of a failure as they wouldnt be afraid to hammer any of the trash that come in who think can change society to be like the holes they came from not like West. They'll keep a check on that. One advanatage to being authoritarian.
