The only comment I can make is that it is really hard to make a profit our of "organic".
Dairy farms tend to be highly leveraged - so the cost of running organic wil make a business case even harder
I'm not sure A2 will want to get down to the level of owning actual dairy farms. I'd like to see them make a move on Dunsandel first - and lock in current farm suppliers
