There's been a couple of rallies since the Great Drop of 2020/21. Both have capped out at about $7.20 exactly, in 2021 and 2023. And then the double bottom referred to seems to be the subsequent retreats to around the 3.80-4.00 mark.
Let's hope its third time lucky!
