When say tell shareholders by 25th they mean retail, the instos and insider pals will be out before then. There is a bit of layering going on at around 20c on the NZX. The NZX seems to be more important here as volume very low on ASX for SM.
Given all the bs to do with a2 over last 4 years its probable outcome that they have left it last minute to say yes. Which would be stupid and a waste of op to attack Bright for what they did. The comments from bright about how they are in charge shows what their intention is. Any partnership would put a2 in danger in future, as what would stop Bright from pulling more bs at all like did through SML. The goal for a2 to be should be to get rid of them for good.
