    The change in their price target from $5.70 to $7.05 shows how behind the eight ball BP were in recognising the very trends they report on i.e. increased exports.

    They maintain it is a hold now but that doesn't seem particularly credible when their data suggest they should’ve had it as a Buy this whole time.
