I've got really low expectations for USA in terms of the IF performance.
Best case scenario is theyve seen enough potential to actually significantly expand distribution and put some serious marketing behind it. Hopefully fresh milk business is closer to breaking even.
Friday's timing is certainly no coincidence. They do like to tidy these matters up before reporting. I recall them settling a legal dispute with Nestlé on the eve of reporting previously as well. I think in this case another reason for them to wrap it up now is that it allows them to divulge any future plans about MVM, China label products etc
