Have we seem sales growth as a result of the new IF? (Cant find that anywhere at the mo)
Gentle Gold had only just been released around mid year hence no sales data. I'm guessing there will be no meaningful picture until HY25 report though it's worth asking the question.
Is the branding of the Fresh Milk resonating with customers or are we now just another milk?
I'm not really sure I understand the question. Branding hasn't changed substantially AFAIK and lactose free has been an undeniable success. In my view the kind of innovation they should be doing more of.
Is there a market for Adults Nutrition, if there is why have we not moved on it yet?
They released two adult nutritional powders earlier this year, A2 Move and A2 Immune for China market e.g.

How these go should be an indicator of current demand for adult / senior focused nutrition.
- What supply risks do we have and how are we mitigating them ...... there must be a plan by now?
There will almost certainly be questions about this and the proposed acquisition flagged earlier.
- Has there been an issue with demand planning? What was it .... is it now resolved?
You mean the Synlait issue? Suspect they will answer the question now that all the recapitalisation etc is done and dusted. Agree we need an update as current China export volumes look low still.
- Have we plans to partner with anyone to broaden the scope of our offer (bring people in to a family of products)?
Curious what you would like to see? The biggest potential for growth IMO is in new IF labels - ultra high end such as organic A2, other allergy focused formula etc. and working harder on the manufacturing side of things to improve margins by producing these in-house.
I do think there would be potential in smaller scale products like protein drinks (like A2 'up and go'), sports nutrition etc but these are all relatively high cost low margin. Sinilar story for yoghurt, cheese and ice cream which is why Jayne ended a lot of those. Might be different now with MVM for the milk powder focused ones.
