Branding - The bottle now has a red strip across it and it calls out Lactose Free .... whilst the lactose thing is important ... the main advantage of A2 is the a2. If you scan the fridge you will see three other brands (like Pauls) who really just look the same
Partnering - So someone like Bellamys sells Baby food (not just IF) Babys are notoriously picky once they like their IF they dont like to swap. Its not a long throw to say, if you had other products under the A2 brand that mothers / fathers using a2 IF would also buy other baby products. We are absolutely limiting ourselves.
Rolling out new products - Sorry must have missed the adult nutrition bit. My question still remains, everything seems so bloody slow. Were are the sports supplements, the protein milk powered, why limit test to China etc etc .... we have a quillion dollars in the bank lets use some .... unless we dont have the supply (I know you might not believe it but management have lead us up the garden path before).
