I know a lot of people go on about the large cash holding in the bank but most companies in a similar situation do poorly.
People want to see this money invested so the company grows or it used as a divy. If people wanted an investment account they would put it in the bank themselves.
Until they use this money and become a growth company again the share price will do what it is doing now.
To many unknowns in both what the cash will be used for and in the China market, until some clarity and vision is given to the market it will remain poorly performing.
